So we might not know where to start? Then I think we need to ask ourselves these questions. • What is the vision of our business the day before we sell it? So we can Know what are we really striving for $$ amount. • How many employees will it have? • How are the sales broken down? • What does the even/bar space look like? Smell like? Sound like? • What is the culture of our company? • Who are our primary customers? • What makes us different? • What are we going to be know for? • Where do our clients come from. Or What type of demographic do we cater too? We all must understand that our vision will inevitably evolve and continue to change over time. Often with success, bigger dreams for our company will arise. We MUST DREAM BIG! Set goals that will get us to that dream, And then be diligent that we put them into action.
